Settlr Global, a WOWS Global company operated by WOWS Global Pte. Ltd., cares about your privacy and ensuring an environment of safety and security for your business operations in Thailand.

This Privacy Policy applies to both information that is unique to you and may be used to identify you ("Personal Information") and also applies to Personal Information collected by us that has been subsequently anonymized or aggregated. This Privacy Policy explains how WOWS Global Pte. Ltd., as the data controller for Settlr Global's website and services, collects, uses, processes and transfers your Personal Information.

By accessing the Site, using the Services, registering for a user account with Settlr Global, accepting or otherwise manifesting your assent to this Privacy Policy, or agreeing to provide Personal Information to another party who, in accordance with your agreement with such other party, may share such Personal Information with us, you consent to our collection, use, processing, storage and transfer of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will not use, process or transfer your information except as described in this Privacy Policy without obtaining your prior consent. This Privacy Policy is also incorporated specifically by reference in any terms of service, agreements or contracts you may enter into with Settlr Global or WOWS Global Pte. Ltd. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business organization or other entity, or on behalf of employees, directors, or shareholders, this Privacy Policy is nevertheless personal to you as an individual, and does not apply to that organization, entity, or client or any information relating to that organization, entity or client except where you provide such information on their behalf with appropriate authority.

This Privacy Policy supplements our Terms of Use and explains how Settlr Global handles information collected and received in the course of your use of our website and services. It also governs the collection, use and disclosure of your information.

We may collect and receive the following types of information, which may include Personal Information:

• Company registration details, director and shareholder information, corporate structure, and authorized signatory data.
• As applicable, your bank account information, payment instructions, age or date of birth, and government-issued identification numbers.

• Immigration and work permit documents, including passports, visas, work permits, and supporting employer documentation.
• Legal and compliance documents you upload or we prepare on your behalf, including contracts, licenses, board resolutions, and regulatory filings.
• Service usage and engagement history, including incorporation filings, payroll runs, tax submissions, visa applications, legal reviews, and fractional CFO deliverables, as well as records of your communications with Settlr Global and customer service requests.
• Information requested or required by regulatory or governmental authorities or law enforcement bodies in Thailand, Singapore, or other applicable jurisdictions.
• Behavioral and marketing information such as your interests and how you interact with our website.
• If you refer others to Settlr Global, we may retain Personal Information related to your referral.

If you register or use the Services through a third-party integration or sign-in provider, or link your Settlr Global account to those services, we may collect Personal Information from them as permitted by you and the third party. We may also collect Personal Information by direct communication with you and others by telephone, in person, and by online or electronic messaging means both on-Site and through off-Site services.

When you access the Site or Services, we and certain information providers may place cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, page tags, or other data-gathering and transmitting tools or files on your device. These help us recognize you as a user, customize and personalize the Services, study and improve our offerings, collect information about your device and software in order to improve Site performance or prevent fraud. • Deliver Settlr Global services including company incorporation, accounting and tax compliance, payroll, visa and work permit processing, legal advisory, and fractional CFO support.
• Prepare, file, and manage regulatory submissions with Thai authorities and other applicable bodies, including the Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Board of Investment, immigration authorities, and labor regulators.
• Provide our Services and customize the content shown to you.
• Verify your identity, your authority to act on behalf of a company or organization, and your eligibility for the services you request.
• If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, organization, or client, to verify your affiliation and that you are authorized to do so.
• Setup and maintain accounts for billing, payments, and service delivery.
• Facilitate your and our compliance with various laws, regulations, and industry oversight pertaining among other things to corporate registration, financial reporting, taxation, immigration, employment, money laundering, terrorism, and "know your customer" rules promulgated by applicable government and regulatory bodies.

Additionally, we do not use any personally identifiable information for advertisements unrelated to the marketing and promotion of the Services.

We may share your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that WOWS Global Pte. Ltd. is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Services (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences).

We also may share your information with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms. For example, these providers may help us administer our Website and applications, manage and administer Services, process payments, host data, or support filings with government authorities. Where required by law, these companies agree to only use such information for the purposes for which they have been engaged by us unless you expressly permit them to use your information for other purposes.

We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymised data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.

We may collect and release Personally Identifiable Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information only if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations in or outside Singapore and Thailand, international law or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant or equivalent, or where in our reasonable belief, an individual's physical safety may be at risk or threatened.

By using our Services, you authorize us to use your information in Singapore, Thailand, and other countries where WOWS Global Pte. Ltd. and its Affiliates operate for the purposes mentioned above. We will ensure that your information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and protected in accordance with applicable laws on personal data protection (including, but not limited to, the Personal Data Protection Act, 2012 of Singapore and the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand, where applicable).

We also follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information transmitted to us over the Internet, both during transmission and once we receive it. Sensitive information (such as payment card numbers) are encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

It is important that you protect against unauthorized access of your Account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and Account secure (e.g. by signing out after using our Services).

As a user of Settlr Global's services in accordance with the Terms and other guidelines provided by us, you may access, review, update or correct your account information at any time by logging in to your account or contacting us. You are responsible for providing accurate, not misleading, complete and up-to-date information about yourself and any other person whose personal information you provide, the consent to which has been obtained by you, and to update this personal information as and when it becomes inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or out-of-date.

The information collected by us shall not be retained for longer than is required after the deactivation of the account except to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

Where you have requested for a copy of the information we hold about you, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs of responding to your request.
