Questions
Before you choose
01Does Settlr Global charge software or subscription fees?
No. The client platform, where you track filings, payroll, visas and deadlines in real time, is included with our services. There is no software fee and no subscription, ever.
02How much does it cost to start a business in Thailand?
DBD government fees for registering a Thai Limited Company are flat: THB 500 for the Memorandum of Association and THB 5,000 for company registration, plus THB 200 stamp duty on the Memorandum (and THB 200 on articles of association, if used) and small per-document charges for certificates and certified copies. Professional incorporation packages in the market typically range from 30,000 to 80,000 THB depending on structure and licensing. Settlr Global publishes fixed starting prices on our pricing page, so there are no surprises.
03Do you bill in USD or THB?
All Settlr Global plans and invoices are issued and paid in Thai Baht (THB). International clients can remit payments via international wire transfer or supported cross-border methods based on the current exchange rate at the time of invoicing.
04How does Employer of Record (EOR) pricing and billing work?
EOR is billed monthly in Thai Baht per employee (฿8,999/mo for Thai nationals; ฿10,999/mo for foreign expats). This covers legal employment, payroll processing, statutory benefits, and tax compliance under our licensed Thai entity. Expat visa and work permit setup is handled in tandem.
05Are there setup fees on top of the monthly plans?
One-time services like incorporation and initial licensing are billed as a single fee, shown on this page. Ongoing services like payroll, accounting, and fractional CFO are billed monthly with no separate setup fee unless your engagement requires bespoke migration work, which we always quote before starting.
06What happens if I go over the included scope, like extra employees or transactions?
Each plan lists the volume included at the starting price, for example up to 8 employees for payroll or 100 transactions for accounting. Above that, we quote a bespoke rate based on your actual volume rather than charging a flat overage fee, so pricing stays proportional to your usage.
